For one night only, Chef Thomas Leonard (Daisies Chicago) joins Chef Thompson for a seasonal, produce-driven collaboration inspired by Italian tradition and Midwestern roots. 

Featuring sustainable ingredients and housemade ferments, the menu reflects a shared commitment to flavor and the planet. Wine pairings by Colorado’s Carboy Winery, curated by Director of Winemaking Tyzok Wharton, will complement each course.
